I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient wake-up call service in the morning, ensuring I started my day on time. the heating system was excellent, keeping me cozy and comfortable in my room. the convenient access to the nearby Stokers, Beckett's coffee shop, and Elizabeth Botham & Sons added to the overall delightful experience at the hotel.
